Summary

Flystamped does not create user accounts, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. The app uses selected photo metadata, flight search details, and public flight-track data to place your photos along a flight path.

Photos

Flystamped asks for Photos access so you can choose photos, read their capture times, show thumbnails, and write computed location metadata back to the selected originals. Your photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded by Flystamped.

Flight Searches

To search flights, Flystamped sends the flight number, callsign, airport codes, and selected date to AeroDataBox, either directly with a key you provide or through Flystamped's proxy. These requests are used to return matching flight candidates.

Flight Tracks

To load an aircraft track, Flystamped requests public ADS-B history from adsb.lol using the aircraft identifier and flight date. The app uses that track to compute photo locations.

Local Storage

If you save your own AeroDataBox API key, it is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. Flystamped also keeps a short-lived response cache on your device to avoid repeating identical network requests.

Data Sharing

Flystamped does not sell personal data. Network providers may process flight-search and flight-track requests as described in their own terms and privacy policies.
